  • Pregnant!! I’m so excited for you, Britt! I got all goose-bumpy when you casually mentioned it. LOL!

I loved hearing about your experiences on your last minute trip. I was giddy when Steph announced it on the last podcast, and couldn’t wait to hear your report.

I’m definitely going to plan our outfits for our next trip. Your cute examples of coordinating outfits is awesome! It will be interesting to see how I do with 2 boys and a husband! They don’t wear a lot of cutesy stuff! πŸ˜‰

I just had to go back and listen to that part twice…Huge congrats to you and Josh and Scarlett! And yes, every time you travel with a little one it’s different. We took Connor at 15 months, 2 1/2 years, 3 1/2 years and we are heading out later this year with him at 4 1/2 and the new baby at 9 months. Eek!

  • I LOVED hearing about your “Capturing Magic” Trip Report!! I’m so glad you guys had fun, and learned a few things. About being tired at night… I TOTALLY get it. BOY you get tired. I was BEAT at the end of each day as well. I found that it worked a little better to do my journaling in the morning (I always woke up pretty early, and the parks opened a bit later at DL). But sometimes you just have to experience the trip… and document later. πŸ˜‰

Congrats Britt! How exciting! I can’t imagine trying to do Disney in the summer and pregnant, boy you must be a fan! Great show and tips guys.

Your photos did turn out great – I’d love to see a before and after post about outfits at Disney.

  • Here is what I know about photopass weather you get it at the park or order at home. The difference in price was shipping. However, the shipping was too much. I could add frames and characters to my pics at home, but that is something I do not want to do. So I will always get the CD in the park.

    • Steph

I always get the digital downloads from the PhotoPass site, so no shipping costs there! Yay!!

Steph and Britt – had to pause while listening to say thanks for admitting you don’t always do a lot of trip documenting while at the parks. For our first trip back in March, I had plans to but we were in the park from opening to close and crashed when we got back to the room (or I did laundry – not my brightest idea to not pack enough!!!) I’m putting together a photo book now and the kids used Project Mouse and the Project Life mini-albums to document their memories. While I do lose a bit of detail to my memories as time passes, I think the magical moments and the overall feel of the trip become more poignant. Thanks again for being genuine! I know there are no scrapbooking police but I feel like I’ve been let off the hook πŸ™‚

Thank YOU for taking time to share! Sooo appreciated! Don’t beat yourself up over not journaling on the trip, afterall, that’s why we take photos and video…to help us remember!
