When I saw these adorable photos from my friends’ recent Disneyland trip, I couldn’t help but use them with the new Disney themed Project Life cards available in the app! I don’t know if they have a Disney Album they can add this page to or not, but they photos were just too adorable to pass up! The camera card is from the “Honey Edition” in the Project Life app.
This layout was created in the Project Life app and uses a combination of the official Disney themed Project Life cards found in the app, and some Project Mouse cards too. Waiting for the parade on Main Street at Disney World.
Pages From My Disney Album
I’ve shared some of these pages from my Disney album I’m currently working on on Facebook, but I’ve had some people comment that they aren’t using Facebook anymore. I’ve never been a Facebook user, so I guess waiting it out has made it so I’m not the only one not on there…haha! I thought I would share them here as well.
Paint the Night album pages: a 2 page spread. The big photo is a Disney’s PhotoPass Service photo. All of the other photos were taken with my Sony Qx100 and iPhone. I used the Over app to add “Paint the” to the NIGHT card by Sahlin Studio and Britt-ish Designs the other filler card is by Studio Flergs. The journal card that has the actual journaling on it is in a native Project Life App kit. I used the Project Life App to create each page and the PicStitch app to put them side by side to post here. It took me about 16 minutes total to create both 12×12 pages in the Project Life App (2 min for the left side and 14 minutes for the right).
Page 3 and 4 of my Disney album. I used Project Mouse cards on all of this one. I used the Over app to journal on the card. I’ll be honest, and I haven’t found an app that makes journaling on journaling cards very easy. I usually try to stick with the Project Life app for journaling, for that very reason. Journaling on cards native to the app is super fast and painless. But, I really wanted to use this card.
I put it all together in the Project Life App. The page took me 14 minutes; with the majority being spent on the journaling (you have to manually, hard return each line to have the journaling stay on the card).
A couple more pages from my Disney album from my Disneyland trip in December with my sister and niece:
These layouts were created in the Project Life App using supplies purchased in app, as well as some cards from Project Mouse. It documents our breakfast at Carnation Cafe at the beginning of our Star Wars day. On the far right, you can see a photo of the napkin that the girls used to plan our day, the night before. So much like their mamas!!
